oh I agree, nothing would go right.

I was actually in tampa florida at a girls house who was not a football fan at all, so I only caught bits and pieces of it.

I watched the replay of it from a torrent.

It was a moral victory for tulane.

Not really. Maybe for the first half. But I'm sorry - anyway you try to spin it, there's no way in hell you can lose by 25 points and call it a moral victory in any shape, form, or matter.

that's what a employee asked me tonight on his way out.
it makes them feel better

also said "they only beat tulane by a touchdown"
they've never been real good at facts

I responded with "you mean, 34 to 9, LSU?"

Yes, the year LSU went to the Orange a Roch Hontas(sp) led Tulane team defeated the Tigers.

What ever happened to the railroaded Duke Lacrosse players, are they back on the team? or did they say Screw you administration!

Two of the three accused of rape moved on to new schools. The older one graduated. The rest of the team had some transfers and people leave the school to go somewhere else. The younger ones who stayed were given an extra year of eligibilty are that was about it.

Actually, it was not even two minutes, much less "a few".
