Earlier he was talking about the LSU having to play UGA, and the only team Bama had to play to get into the BCSCG was OSU (in the polls).
So that comment was a reference to that.

He was saying that in reference to them getting to the national title game. Not them actually playing ok state in the title game

Just moments earlier they alluded to Bama playing Ok. State, Va-tech, and Stanford....all in this one game alone. Meaning for the #2 spot.
