Angel has got to realize she can’t win this rift (whatever it is) with Coach Mulkey. The coach holds all the cards. The further Angel lets this thing go, the more she loses, and the worse she looks.

I don't think pregnancy is why she got up and benched during the halftime of a game and Mulkey going on about dealing with locker room issues.
Kateri Poole is also in some shite. I'm not sure if she even made the trip. She removed LSU from her profile and unfollowed the entire LSU staff/LSU pages. Not a coincidence her arse was glued to the bench lately.

You didn’t realize Poole hadn’t played a single minute in 2 of the last 3 games? She was a starter in the national championship team last year. She wasn’t logging 0 minutes because we added HVL.

She played 43 minutes (15, 14, and 14) in the first three games. She played 5 minutes in the last 3 games (0, 5, 0). 7 Pts, & Reb, 5 ast, 2 blocks, 2 steals but also 7 turnovers on those lazy long passes she always seems to try.

She wasn’t starting due to the additions to the team. That’s not crazy. But her getting 0 minutes in games that LSU was blowing teams out would only be because of something “off the court”.

Then why would she play the first half and not the 2nd. If she had a bad test she wouldnt play at all unless Mulkey got the results of the test at halftime which is highly unlikely

How about this:
Maybe Mulkey's internal punishment was meant to last until after this trip, with Angel set to return back to practice on Monday
Maybe Mulkey actually DOES have a handle on the situation and it is a basic discipline issue, and all the dumbasses out there who are criticizing her will look like....dumbasses. And all will be well again for everyone starting with Va Tech. Well except for Poole. She is gone.

None of these whacked-out scenarios explain why she would play the first half vs Kent State, then sit for the second half. Did the lab deliver the results at halftime? No. I think Angel and Mulkey had words at halftime in that locker room….probably about lack of effort. Angel felt “disrespected.” Can’t have that, bro!

I appreciate Angel and what she’s done for LSU. With that being said I think it’s a very fair question to ask if she has even an ounce of humility. The whole “I’m unapologetically me” act is old. We all get it….you think you’re pretty awesome.
