Keep your head buried good in that sand, bro.

This fanbase is filled with a bunch of enablers that promote this problem with the team’s culture.

And now we know why our players play like spineless losers who lay down and quit at the first sign of trouble.

what a buncha bitches LSU has on it's football team.

Every team in America is like that with the possible exception of the service academies and I'm not even sure about them. About 65-70% the players don't share the same political views of the average TD poster. If you can't deal with that or at least ignore it, you'd probably be happier doing something else on Saturdays

That article makes me hate the players more than Orgeron

First thing I’ve read about this fiasco that made me doubt whether Orgeron was actually the problem.

There’s enough in there that makes it clear he was in over his head and needed to go, though.

I think Orgeron did everything wrong after 2019 EXCEPT for that. His "handling" of the "social justice" bs was not even something he needed to handle. If players want to have an ignorant opinion of Trump and of police officers, because they can't think for themselves, that's on them. It's not up to Orgeron, or anyone else to agree with them just to make them happy. Any players that were offended by his Fox interview are clearly a huge part of the problem.

Just look at that cuck of a coach!!! What a loser!!!!

There is a reason Saban is the Goat College football coach. He treats it like a business and wherever he is at it's his company. He never says the wrong things , never losses his cool when confronted off the field, keeps the employees happy, players, kisses the babies and families for recruiting and promotes the company whenever he gets the chance.

Maybe Saban didnt want to go to that march that day but he did what was best for the Company. He knew what was needed ,said all the right things and came out looking like a great guy to all the employees. Coaches want to Coach for him because they know a recommendation from him gets them a better paying job. So they bite their tongue if needed, respect their boss and listen to the boss to get a better shot at a job in a year or two.

All the things i mentioned above was what Ed O lacked other than promoting LSU and recruiting. There is more to being a HC at a Top football program than those 2 things. There's no changing a man at a certain point in life and ED was a fiery emotional guy that says and does what he pleases but couldnt turn it off once he was off the football field like Saban could.

Loser? Look at Saban's football history. Although I think he did it just to please his players, I wouldn't call him a loser. Coaches are becoming politicians. I hate politics and the way our country is headed. And no, I am not white.

Let me preface that I am not white. Being white seems to be a crime these days. I experienced racism while at LSU but only twice as I recall. There were plenty of normal people, good and bad while I was at LSU. There are always racists anywhere you go. That said, Dellinger seems like a liberal douche and pushing the social justice crap. America is not perfect but we try to be better. If America was such a racist $hithole country, why do so many people try to immigrate here? America is not perfect but I would give my life for her.

While I don’t really disagree with this, it does nothing to rectify the problem.

Perhaps young black players could actually listen and learn and perhaps leaders/coaches could lead for once. You know.....they might start thinking for themselves.

There’s influence that could take place that doesn’t have to come from pastor oSteen, community organizer gravy and auntees.

Two weeks before the march, Orgeron appeared on a Fox News segment where the host asked him repeated questions about the post-championship trip to the White House and his thoughts on then-President Donald Trump. He said he “loved” Trump and that “he’s doing a fantastic job.” Amid the pandemic and in an election year, it was a startling comment for the leader of a largely Black football team during one of the most divisive times in the country’s history.

WTF did Donald Trump, a man who won awards from the black community for years, have to do with a Democrat police department, in the strongest Democrat city in America, in the bluest Democrat state in America killing a black man??????

The trump comments shouldn’t offend anybody, players included. Your political orientation should not affect football. Some people vote Democrat, others Republican. So what.

Would you call Saban an enabler?

He marched with his players, he won yet another NC, the transfer rate at Bama is pretty low, etc etc

You can stomp your feet about how your perspective clashes with the majority (ie black) players, but it’s you who has zero understanding of what they see through their own experiences.

It’s an impasse. I’d suggest turning your attention to things other than football (college and pro), because it’ll never go the way you want it to.

End of story

Long sigh.

The Poliboard is the polar opposite of the young college football star. That will NEVER change as you see things in the way they staunchly oppose.

Your mindset resents them and theirs hates you.

Done.

I am a former player who understands far more about college athletes than you ever would.

In the real world where black athletes are the vast majority, they don’t see things the way people like you do.

Go on and pout though…..that’ll show’em!

Tell us why Donald Trump is a racist.......

A man who won awards and admiration his entire career from the black community was all of a sudden labeled a racist by not surprisingly the political machine that has labeled every opponent ever a racist.

Tell us how......
