I'm going with Beckwith just because he could have gone into the draft, but stayed for the championship run; he deserves to have a great year.

ETA: could say the same for white; I hope he has Honey Badger highlights.

Key will be considered our best defensive player and will get a lot of love from the media and postseason accolades. Can't wait to see him this year.

But, IMO, Godchaux, Beckwith and Tre White are the most important players to this D.

Key - sacks sell
If Valentine delivers Neal or Gochaux
Donte - this is self-serving. Last year I predicted he would be our best corner this year. I'm staying with that.

I can't believe i left off Godchaux, i think he will differently be in the mix. That just goes to show you how loaded this defense really is.

Considering a 3-4 is LBer focused and puts them in a position to make a lot of plays, I'm going to go with Beckwith.

I think TV will have the biggest impact but at NG he won't accumulate enough sexy stats to get MVP

I know he hasnt played a down but for me it really is Valentine. Because if he is as half of what is advertised him being on the field will allow the other playmakers like Key get after the ball. So for me he could be the most valuable. Allows Godchaux to kick out to End also.

If you asked me who is going to have the big wow season I would say Key. I think Aranda is the best thing that has happened to him

I am also very high on KT2. I think he makes a major jump this season with the experience and game slowing down a little bit for him

Adams will be making some game-changing plays this year. First team all-American. Excited to see how Tolliver looks as a sophomore.
