The outfield view looks like he was safe but the other views look out. I dunno on this one

Man, if that had been anywhere but dead center…

Is Pettitte one of those 5?
Posted on 5/31/25 at 1:22 am to FredbullTN
He's got to be Roger Clemens' kid.

Did Roger slam pig Pettittes wife or something?

DBU Pitching
Starters
40 Ryan Borberg — 15 appearances, 75 innings, 73 k, 28 er - started and threw 90 pitches tonight
6 James Ellwanger — 15 appearances, 55 innings, 90 k, 25 er
27 Micah Bucknam — 12 appearances, 59 innings, 78 k, 29 er
Bullpen guys who have had a significant number of appearances:
50 Jerrod Jenkins — 21 appearances, 49 innings, 48 k, 28 er — threw 48 pitches tonight
26 Mason Peters — 19 appearances, 38 innings, 54 k, 20 er
25 Tyler Schott — 19 appearances, 17 innings, 24 k, 5 er
33 Liam Watt — 18 appearances, 36 innings, 29 k, 23 er
30 Ashton Branson — 16 appearances, 21.2 innings, 28 k, 14 er
45 Nick Bonn — 15 appearances, 19 innings, 22 k, 22 er
3 Mason Swinney — 13 appearances, 13 innings, 17 k, 12 er
47 Todd Zach — 11 appearances, 13 innings, 19 k, 9 er
54 Rian Schwede — 10 appearances (7 starts), 35 innings, 30 strikeouts, 20 er - I’d guess this is the midweek starter they will hang on to for a 4th game if necessary
Also threw tonight:
32 Luke Pettite — 5 appearances, 10 innings, 10 k, 0 er - pretty crazy that he hasn’t pitched since February and he’s their go to guy in a regional game with the tying run at the plate in the 8th. Only threw about 5 pitches to get one out, came back out for the 9th. Ended around 20 pitches so could possibly see him again on Sunday.

Dont think Rhode Island gonna get it done but would be nice if they could have a few good at bats and make it interesting and burn another DBU arm here

Can't believe you're sweating what available arms "Dallas Baptist" has at 2 o clock in the morning.

I can't believe the game just ended. Alex Box, home of late late night baseball.

Pettitte's wife is one who testified against Clemens saying Pettitte told her in like 2000 that Clemens used steroids. Not sure if they have any other backstory than that.

The university is located in Kingston, south RI closer to the coast. Beautiful campus by the looks of it but in the middle of absolute nowhere. No real town around it at all, just the school. Looks like Starkville but even more secluded. These kids are probably bored out their mind most of the time

It was sarcasm dude....dbu came out and scored a few runs early and all of the sudden the young posters were getting concerned about how good they can hit....off Rhode Island, in the first inning...lol
