mSU torched us because if that. Whose fault is that? Pelini, Raymond, or both?

Pelini. DBs have been fine this year. Backups look well coached.

there's no way Pelini didnt screw us on purpose. every coach in the country knew exactly how to scheme against the pirate. every single coach. pelini must have been ticked at O.

We haven’t been able to play zone for 10 years. This year they gave up trying and just switched to heavy blitzing hoping to just disrupt the passing attack.

Zone was not Raymond’s strong suit.

At times, it looked like our secondary was just running away from the WRs on purpose to spite Pelini

It was hard to tell for sure but it looked like the CBs were the only ones in position.

The LBs would get sucked into each others zones (wouldn't hand off coverage) and the safeties always seemed to be covering the CBs, not an area.

But one thing is for sure, when you have significantly better run stoppage from man-man than your zone AND give up less chunk yardage from man-man... you are doing something wrong in zone.

We were most vulnerable in the areas that zone was supposed to shore up. It was bass ackwards. So we were not running our zone correctly. Because of that, it is very difficult to pinpoint who was doing what correctly.
