I'll be honest, I don't think I have ever actually heard Dave Aranda's voice.

Philips, divinity, queen

Says they have some big guys to fill the role.
Catching up on the amount of LB needed, use to have more kickers on the team rather than LBs.

Happy with Analyst -Erin swans, Roy Anderson been with lots of NFL teams. Kevin cosgrove - from Wisconsin, Kevin quail - Fresno state- been around
Great group!
Chaisson off the edge beat his tackle 28-30 times. Talking about edge play.
Defensive Line - NG takes up space and they have good pop.

Offensive side - burrow is very confident, not easily shook. Joe knows where to go with the ball, consistent. Skill at the receiving corp, much better, offense plays to strength, speed everywhere!

Sorry if I butchered names, was listening and typing on my phone

I've always thought lsu fans have an inflated value for aranda.

Good coach but not unreplacable.

His praise of Dual Threat Joey was the best part of the interview. Baw is in line for a big season

Have any actual stats to back up that LOL-worthy opinion of yours?

How about this stat: in his three years as LSU's defensive coordinator, LSU's defense has been ranked 2, 8 and 5 nationally in S&P+ ratings, one of the most accurate means of determining defensive performance. The only teams to have top 10 defensive S&P+ ratings for three straight years: Alabama, Clemson, Michigan and... LSU.

Every coach is replaceable, but some are more difficult to replace than others. The college DCs that could successfully replace Aranda are few and far between.

Also Derek Stingley- when learning he eats everything up, rare player, no learning curve for him. Nothing fazes Derick

Who could you replace him with right now?

It’s not that there aren’t other good coaches out there, it’s that there aren’t a lot of good coaches we could just go nab.

Will be a household name nationally by his sophomore year.

I’m sorry!

Talks about recruiting linebackers and how at first they simply just followed all the top guys.

As fast as replacing White he talks about Queen and Divinity, says LSU has “bigger guys”.

Really loves the defensive line.

Says Derek Stingley is not phased by anything.

The man is a genius. He was also talking about his breaking into the coaching grind, really cool insight. This is a fantastic interview.

This isn’t true.

It was more kickers than inside linebackers.

I'm excited to see how he uses Stevens and Delpit this year.
