JD will never start a game while at LSU. Does that make him a bad college QB? No, he'll be a change of pace type guy that will make plays with his legs and occasionally throw the ball. I like him and glad we have him on the roster, it makes teams have to practice for him.
If BK get's him where he can throw the ball down the field accurately then we will win multiple championships while BK is here. Because if he can get him to that level, he'll turn the good ones into great ones.

Jalen Hurts was one of the strongest players at Bama as a Freshman!

What’s funny it’s facts Max got picked up by A&M right away Brennan was in the portal and his best offer was Southern Miss and on top of that coach BK went out and got Jayden that has to tell u something

I wish. Didn't Hurts go about 39-4 as a collegiate starter? Not many QBs out there with over 40 starts and a 90 percent winning percentage.

This "figuring him out", crap only works if you don't develop them. We saw this for years with Les Miles. Herm Edwards is a similar type.

If Daniels were to win the job and give you even 75% of what Hurts was at Oklahoma this team would probably overachieve.
