You'll have to define what you mean, because his completion percentage seems to dismiss the accuracy issue, at least in context of the passes he threw in games at ASU.
He has had footwork/mechanics issues but, by all accounts, he has improved those since he has been under the tutelage of the LSU coaching staff.
