Stupid QBs can't do what he did. Not against elite SEC competition.

Your point is using irrelevant stats to make an argument.

So go argue with how Hodson is a better QB than Joe Burrow because he has better career stats at LSU.

And your argument is who you like best which is about your speed but still stupid and the complete opposite of what you initially said your argument was. And I never made the straw man you’re accusing because unlike you I understand statistics.

Naw. I'm using individual season stats.

You're using bad ones. I'm proving why.

Do you want to base this discussion on the accumulated career stats of the respective QBs? Yes or no?

I do not, because it's an absurd metric for this discussion. I prove that by showing how relying on this metric would put Hodson well above Joe Burrow. Any metric that does brings no merit to the discussion.

So I ask again. Do you want to base this discussion on the accumulated career stats of the respective QBs? Yes or no?

No you’re not, you keep jumping from biased qualifier to biased qualifier. You don’t use any universal standard because you’d have to venture away from that bias which is really all your argument is.

Let’s see how it plays out, but if he ends up throwing for 3500ish yards 30+ TD rushing for 500 or so and LSU wins the SEC than yeah I’m with you

You’re the one who said “Vastly better” not me. You were wrong and now you’re scrambling to backpedal and attempt to flip that blunder around on me.

Exactly, Hodson was awesome.

I"m not wrong. I will post JR's 2006 season up against any season you want to pick from Hodson. So which year do you pick?

The best part is the revisionist history of thinking anyone enjoyed watch Jamarcus Russel play football

You said “Vastly better” and you can’t defend it so you’re spinning like crazy.

JR’s 2006 QB rating on sports-reference is 20 points better than Hodson’s best season

I can defend it. I said why. JR was the best QB in CFB in 2006.

Hodson never sniffed that sort of status in any of his 4 yars.

That gap makes JR vastly better.
