You just threw away your future (a Louisiana native) in exchange for a transfer QB who threw for less than 90 yards twice in a fricking season.

Well you can F’n leave with him.
This isn’t about Daniels it’s about Howard. For whatever reason, Howard didn’t want to stay here and compete.
To me, that says a lot about him. And your attitude tells me a lot about you.
Why don’t you hitch a ride with Walker to TCU.

Lol imagine watching the Arkansas game from The bench then the next week running scout team and being given no chance to even be coached by the offensive coaches.

walker ain’t as good as yall want him to be. He wouldn’t have played until 2025 or 2026 and he probably would’ve been passed up by then. Watch when he transfers to TCU and doesn’t get named the starter. He’s a 3rd string QB and he would’ve continued to be that this year.

With how Nuss looks, you could make the argument that he could’ve been drafted after next season with Howard slated to start the next year

Seems mighty presumptuous to base your plan on a hypothetical like that. I think Kelly knows what he is doing.

JD better not lead us to the SEC tittle game. He better not have 80 yards and win 10 games. He better not win 3-4 games on his own either. He better have a short leash

Look if you’re fine winning the Citrus bowl again next year, just say so. Howard was ultimately the type of 5* QB talent Kelly needed to elevate the team to a national title.

And you threw that opportunity away to watch JD be too scared to throw a downfield pass

Because he broke a leg early in his Senior season.

I think you mean a QB who led you to 10 wins after 2 years of being horrible. A QB who beat Alabama as a 17 point dog. A qb who is second ALL TIME in single season yards for the school you claim to be a fan of.

You morons are the absolute worst part of the fanbase.

No one in their right mind would make that argument. But sure, that would've kept Howard here.

And that was his 2nd 80 yard passing game this year lol. Not including that he was below 80 yards vs FSU until they went prevent defense. I hope Kelly can win with running and defense more than Les could. Even though Les won a shite load due to out-talenting teams for a decade

Apparently a large majority of the fan base is okay with throwing away a future shot at a title just to watch JD throw for 80 yards a third and fourth time

It’s more likely he was downgraded because he’s small and relatively unathletic. He has a great arm, but he has a definite ceiling.

Perhaps Walker and daddy should man up and not demand a red shirt. The crying here over a kid that was third string for a reason is insane.

You are the only moron on here blaming Howard leaving on Daniels. You want to blame someone, blame Nuss.

Do you know just how dumb you sound saying this??? 100 yards away from being only the 5th qb in LSU history to have 3000 passing yards in a year. But in all your wisdom and knowledge you spit out Les Miles and conservative offense. Jesus Christ I truly feel sorry fans like you.

You’ve never seen howard play you idiot. You don’t know what he is. All anybody knows is that he was a 3rd string QB and that wasn’t changing anytime soon. Stetson Bennett just won back to back championship. Is he the type of “5* QB talent” needed to win? Stfu

Good lord, kid is a third stringer and had daddy beg us to red shirt him. You want kids that are killers and beg to be in not sat.

We can easily fix the qb room with walker gone

What leads you to believe that Walker Howard would have ever lead LSU to a title

With the NFL throws I’ve seen Nuss make, it’s certainly in the realm of possibility.

Wasn’t a big fan of Kelly’s QB evaluation/development at ND. But I’ll agree you have to trust CBK. This is just extremely disappointing

I wish you knew how stupid you sound.

Any coach that would sit the better QB next year for a chance at a title in 3 years is a horrible coach. This is the SEC. The goal is to win now, not sabotage your season hoping to do better later.

JD is the starter. Howard couldn't handle that.

Kid was a blue chip recruit, 5 star QB at one point. Had elite intangibles. That was your QB that gave you shot at a title down the road. You wasted developing his talent just to watch JD be too scared to throw a crossing route for the second season in a row
