actually...no he doesn't. The vascularity shows how low his BF content is. 240 pounds with no body fat is in fact..scary. Also important to note..vascularity is genetic. I am very vascular..it really means nothing.
I would say it's a good indicator of steroid use with as much as an extra pint of blood..but i'm not going there.

Fact is he peaked in high school. Its a risk you run in recruiting on whether or not a kid is going to keep growing or not.
