It's his oblique I bet. He held his side. I thought for sure that it was a dislocated shoulder at first glance til I saw him hold his side plus they didn't support either arm walking off the field with him.

We lose a lot of offense with Dugas down. Neither Merrifield nor Nippolt are going to bring anything close to what Dugas brings offensively. That is a big blow. Really hope its something minor and misses minimal time.

Agreed. However, Jay will have to move the lineup around a bit. Morgan and Crews at the top could be the spark that those 2 need to pick up some of Dugas' loss. Or, maybe JT moves to leadoff. We just hammered UK with 0 hits from Morgan, Crews, and Dugas. Maybe time for Neal to step back in and step up, too. I think Nippolt or Merrifield could make a jump. Neither has bad at bats, they just haven't cashed in.

I'm a optimist also. This could all happen. I'd like for Neal to step it up at the plate but it's nice that our other option Millazo is batting well and getting hits. Jt could leadoff. He's been playing great ball fielding and batting. I think he would find success in the leadoff hole. As for Nippolt or Merrifield, who knows what might happen. I saw Nippolt bat a bunch at the beginning of the season. I hope he has gotten better.

Bottom line to me is our beat lineup includes Dugas. Until he is 100% LSU is in a worst position. Hope it's not major and he heals fast.

Hopefully this one isn’t serious

Wtf are you serious? If that's true we're basically averaging dropping about a player (all key pieces) per game for the last 6 or 7. Thats... Not sustainable

They let him walk off the field with his arm hanging. Probably wouldn’t have done that if they suspected a broke. Collarbone.
