But he’s not the HC, he’s going to provide experience at the position from a perspective that Wade cannot. Tricks of the trade from the highest level so to speak. Have to remember that Wade tends to favor the combo guard over the true PG. A lot of our growing pains were from transitioning scorers to floor generals. DS was a PG who also could score, he will help with that development aspect. Big difference between running a program and position coach. I can see your curiosity in the hire but how is he a negative and not a positive in this role?
