has nothing to do with negativity and everything to do with reality. We simply cannot put any points on the board with 2 yard passes, an option that every team can see a mile a way and running Scott up the middle for his 1.3 yards per carry. We need a QB and a new offensive coordinator

Sure, we have games left that we can win, but when you say zero D for Arkansas and Auburn, even if thats true, how many points did we score on that terrible Georgia D? That was a bad D, and we were lucky to put 20 on them. This team could win some of those games, they definitely could lose them as well

We have no offensive line, and that will not improve this year. We have a divided coaching staff where Crowton wants to run a spread, and Miles wants to pound it from the I. We have a young quarterback who is unsure of himself, and takes way too many sacks and can not run the option. We have a defense who plays a bend but don't break style, which might keep the other team from scoring many points at times, but unfortunately, it keeps them on the field for way too long, and it keeps the offense from getting the number of plays it needs to be more productive. These or just some of our short comings. We will win some more games this year simply because we have better athletes, but if our line play is not improved in the following years, we will experience a steady decline to the middle of the S.E.C. pack no matter how many skilled guys we have.

The way the defense is starting to play, that is all the offensive points LSU might need.

The defense has a good chance of scoring against Aub, Ole Miss, and ArK.

LSU could win all of those games 20-10.

Bama will be tough.

10-3 with a Cotton Bowl win would be a very good season.

Thank you. These are my thoughts exactly.

I can see your other complaints, but Scott ran for a 4.1 clip last night. He was grinding through the teeth of that d.

That's a good sign, because he's done it in consecutive weeks against two of the better front 7's we've played.

We do need a new offensive coordinator.

I am worried about this split coaching staff theory

We do not open it up at all on Offense

even with JJ being weak; we can't do anything with all our talent?

I dont think it is complete the O-line if you count to 3 and jordan still has the ball, he needs to start doing something with it

I quoted the stats earlier. You can go back and find it.

Georgia's D is as good or better than any team mentioned.

This is the reason for negativity. With our offense we will struggle from here out.

I think you make a good point, whether or not others wish to hear it is their concern.

We are 5-1 at the mid-point of the season and I will take it considering our one loss was to the best that college football had had to offer for bout 2 yrs now.

Maybe those who have been pizzing on our D all year will give them somewhat of a break now and those who have been pizzing on our O all year can continue to lose their water over a 19 yr old QB experiencing his 1st yr of SEC play when he has a bad game against the top D in college football.

A lot of football to be played in this season, but 5-1 at this point is nothing to be moaning and whining over. imo

Georgia's D? The same terrible Georgia D from last year, with the same coordinator, you said they were 75th in Defense? How's that good, is that even factoring in this week, where even that terrible Tennessee offense found a way to put 45 on them. Auburn's D is what, 67th? Nice, so we'll be lucky to put 17 on them as well?

that's my point, its kind of dumb to assume our offense is gonna put up points against any d, they have yet to really do it this season

Apparently that doesn't matter. OBU predicts our D won't give up more than 10 points the rest of the season. We should all adjust our expectations with regards to the offense.
