It will be funny if we keep CEO and he decides to keep Ensminger as OC.

I dont want to hear the rant say shite. If CEO can have one bad game so can Ensminger.

You cant blast the OC and not the HC.

Well let's hope Alleva has enough sense not to give the job to O. I like O and think he's a great asset to the program but he is not the best option available, not even close.

CEO isnt the OC. Hes an administrator. He just needs to hire a good OC. Unless your HC has an offensive or defensive specialty like Saban/Aranda does on defense or Sean Peyton does on offense, youre really just hiring a figurehead for the program.

You really dont want to lose CEOs DL coaching or recruiting and that hes a local is icing on the cake but if keeping him means losing a genius like Aranda and not being able to bring in a good OC, then LSU needs to hire someone else at HC. Even if that means losing CEO as a position coach and recruiter. Aranda is too valuable and a good OC is too big of a need to miss out on just to keep a figurehead/motivator/cheerleader/practice manager if thats all he brings to the table.

Why? Ensminger just had a bad game just like CEO.

Both have only had one bad game.

when he dropped Ponamsky's name as a guy that would help bring in a great coordinator

Hunt was bringing a level head to it, saying even a staff of super coordinators would be extremely short term but Culotta wants his buddy to get this job so bad he's lost all objectivity.

what happens if aranda and kiffin get head coaching jobs? O is completely dependent on elite coordinators.

This...I agree.

A head coach needs to be able to hang his hat on one side of the ball or the other...and be able to manage the program. Recruiting is also important but winning breeds recruiting especially at a place like LSU. I'm tired of hearing about O's recruiting ability. We've had a coach that could recruit but could coach and haven't won much lately....so there's that.

Also, I'm fearful that we'll lose Aranda soon to a HC position and to make matters worse he'll end up being a great HC which will further add to our egg face.

Notice the CEO dickriders haven't called me on this.

Yet they are quick to call me out on BH. Not suprising though.

LSU can't seem to get out of its own way. It's not one person's fault, its the culture of the area. LA can't keep up and it will eventually cause LSU to fall further and further behind. It's happening right in front of our eyes. "But he's a Cajun!"

It would be hilarious if it wasn't LSU.

I was just like really Jordy? O's gopher bitch is going to be a key component in discovering an elite offensive mind to be a coordinator?

If Les was listening he was no doubt slapping his forehead for not having the foresight to blame Dean Dingman for hiring Cam Cameron.
