Cowherd is having a discussion with ESPN's Trent Dilfer about Les and his handling of the QB situation and how LSU is not the place for a top QB now. It is being broadcast to millions of people across the country.

Who bears responsibility for this? Les...or us?

Still think the LSU fan base is the problem?

As a fanbase we are doing a piss poor job of developing qbs

All publicity is good publicity. Just look at USC.

Nope it's time for miles to step up and be a man. When you are paid that amount of money, you should be held accountable.

He started off the whole segment by saying that LSU fans were delusional and won about "8 games over 30 years and will probably fire Les Miles if he doesn't win the national chmapionship next year".

What we know about Les is that he will prove everyone wrong. Cowherd loves to stir the stink pot. Ratings are most important to him. He and the rest of the football world will see two very capable QBs come Spring time.

Frick cowherd & dilfer.

Dilfer = a below avg QB who is now doing sports talk shows because he was on a superbowl team with a top 5 defense of all time.

Cowherd needs to go suck off Lane kiffin and not worry about LSU.

We need Scott Van Pelt to pick us up. Dude loves les.

Was it a national story at all when Kiel commited to LSU? I don't remember hearing anything about it other than local stations/lsu sites, but now that he's decommited it's a national story worthy of sportscenter.

But yet Cowpattie conveniently does not mention that Miles has stated there will be a change in offensive philosophy with more diversification in the offense (ostensibly due to Mett).
So his bullshite attack has no merit. Just Cowturd being Cowturd....

Mett can fix all of this shite next year. Of course it didn't help watching Lee tear up the all-star game last night either.

Can't say I disagree with his assessment.

Well, we had 1 capable QB on 1/9 that the world did not see.

So naturally, people have doubts

We can all sit here and bash Dilfer, knowing that he probably only saw one LSU game all year long...

but we have to face the facts. Dilfer has a microphone, and he's not on national radio bashing Nick Saban and his average quarterback. He's bashing LSU cause we didn't even care to throw the football when losing by 15 in the 4th quarter of the national title game. We looked like Navy trying to run the ball at that point in the game. Other people have to assume that if Les Miles wasn't throwing the ball, then he doesn't have any good quarterbacks. If he did, he would have inserted him into the game. Isn't that what all sane coaches would do?

So if I'm Trent Dilfer, and I only saw one LSU game this year, and I witnessed the national title game, I'd ask the same question. What in the world is going on in Baton Rouge and why do they hate to pass the ball?
