I used to trust Jay but god he has gotten bad here lately, Holman was fine, just let him finish the inning

I wanted Holman to get one more batter with a base open, but we'll never really know. Maybe he hits Holman.

And if he would have left him in versus a lefty, after putting two on, and Holman gives up the hit the exact same people would be in this thread said, "I can't believe JJ left Holman in too long."

Doesn’t matter what decision jay makes this year, it’ll always be the wrong one. Just one of those years, last year he made all the right moves and this year it’s literally the complete opposite. This team might not have all the talent in the world but jay himself has lost us at least 3 sec games with his pitching and pinch hitting decisions. I’m sure it’ll correct next year and we’ll be fine again
