I'm expecting a huge year out of Toliver. He has all the intangibles to be great

Somebody needs to tell Toliver to stop trying to fight guys at Bogies. Don't need another Jordan Jefferson incident on our hands

I think he has all the Measurables to be great. The intangibles are what are in question. He is the highest ranked kid on the roster from a recruiting perspective. He has every physical attribute you want. But what about desire, consistency, competitiveness etc. The intangibles are what's in question. I think he blows up this year and puts it all together.

Embarassment of riches again - that's 7 names and 5 of them would start for most SEC teams.

I wish we were a little deeper at safety, but we're fine on defense. The first time I'm reasonably comfortable across the board with defensive depth in a long, long time.

Yep.

Extremely explosive player with swag for days. He might be a superstar here.

Vincent/Delpit/Harris will have our secondary where we are used to seeing it for the next 3 years.

I haven't seen us in much dime, but I think it's offensive personnel dependent - 3 wides, I think conventional wisdom is 3 and 3 if you're going to play dime. 4 wides usually draws 4 corners.

Now, the question becomes - is your 4th corner better than your 3rd safety - that can also drive the decision on the dime package.

Depth at LB worries me a little bit look what Aranda did with lesser talented guys at Wisconsin. I think he will have a young LB group ready to roll and can protect them by using a lot of Nickel

If we could get depth and talent at other positions like we get at DB then LSU would be in the playoff every year. C. Raymond is the man !

Im hoping with the Top quality guys LSU is sending to the NFL recently at Lb,OL,DL that these positions will get top recruits going forward as well. I think this recruiting class is down due to top guys wanting to see what Coach O can do with this team.
If coach O delivers than top 5 recruiting for the foreseeable future.
