Easily fixable? Like the PVC....
I have to be honest, I think some of you people are just blind homers that say "yes it's GREAT AND THE BEST" simply because it's LSU.

We complain about the craziest sht.
We can hold over 100,000 that's all that matters now. The expansion won't win or lose us one football game.

the most overblown thing ever. i doubt even most LSU fans even noticed that, and when i say most i mean the fans that don't spend time on a message board, which is the majority of fans. yeah it was an eye sore once it was pointed out but the amount of complaining got absurd

Maybe the big white wall really looks like that, but that photo has been lightroomed out.

We did a pretty excellent job given the circumstances. the expansion probably would have looked completely different if LSU's infrastructure was capable of closing the street behind the endzone, but the university just can't afford to do that without fricking up our infrastructure even more.
just something I feel like has been completely overlooked. Given the cards we were dealt, the project was a big success. the space issue is exactly why the visitor restrooms and concessions are on top of the upper deck

Well if you wouldn't have done such a shitty job modeling it maybe we wouldn't be in this position.
Try not to frick up the CEBA expansion too.

The scaffolding is over the Welcome To Death Valley sign.
Based on past pics that I've seen, it looks like the new tiger head(s) will be on both sides too! I don't see where they have been hung though.

The new addition looks great but what were the architects thinking when the plans were drawn up for that god awful featureless wall? Any official answer to that?
Shots fired. And there is an unofficial answer to that.

If we complain enough, maybe they'll put up a huge painted mural.
I can't wait for you to deem yourself the sole motivation for what they already have planned for the wall.
You ladies are ridiculous with your impatience.

With 40 MM in pure profit about to start pouring in from the SECN, I expect everyone in the conference to expand everything massively.
Sec facilities will rival nfl facilities soon.
Just make it match
We dont have enough profit to justify a construction project that wont bring in additional revenue..

What do they have planned? enlighten us

What's the point of knowing? All anyone needs to take from that is that something is already planned for it.
Everyone just needs to sit back and relax.

If you work for the firm responsible, let me be the first to tell you that it looks like you guys are amateurs.
Hope you enjoy the big bonus.

Well the south side looks considerably better than it did prior to the expansion. That side did not match the rest of the stadium ever. Now at least they have attempted to tie it in. I for one think its a definite improvement.

quote:No. The project was negotiated with Lemoine from the get-go. It never went out to bid. Lemoine did have to get competitive pricing from the subs, but that's always the case on negotiated projects.
LSU AD bids out big expansion project.
Local companies submit high bids, expecting to use the best stuff.
Other companies, to include the winner, low-ball the job just to get the job.

So much butthurt
I didn't work on this project but I would never risk messing up the relationship I do have with LSU or having Ronnie crawl up my arse, he's a big boy.
