A- Eli Holstein.

Apparently he's been turning the ball over in the red zone.

The answer is always C. At least that's what they told us for the SAT.

Correct. I’m assuming everyone knows who B is…..

Nuss’ stats are not good, but Eli’s stats are not better than Nuss’

More yards per attempt (arguably the best indicator) near double TDs in 1 less game and same TD to INT ratio

At worst you can say they are equivalent.

If Pitt can pull the trigger why can’t we?

That’s a fairly common opinion.

Eli’s stats that you just posted that he is getting benched for are better than MVB’s stats were last year

9 games
Comp% 54% 1886 yards 7.4 yards/attempt 11 TD 7 INTs

Has Pitt played Ole Miss and Florida’s defense?

Because BK is trying to land the younger Nuss. Which in fact is a terrible reason.

Eli's stats are from a 2nd year QB who started 10 games the previous year as a redshirt freshman in the ACC.

MVB's stats are as a true freshman with a worse OL than we have now, with worse pass catchers than we have now, with a first time head coach playing Texas, TAMU, UGA, Florida, Tennessee, Mizzu, and Ole Miss.

MVB played the #7, #18, #29, #38 pass defenses last year.

He also played the #2, #3, #7, #20, #23, #34, #42 scoring defenses. Yes in 9 games he played 6 of the top 35 scoring defenses. In 9 games he played 5 of the top 25 scoring defenses. In 9 games he played 3 of the top 10 scoring defenses.

He scored 16 TDs, as a true freshman, on a horrendous team, with a horrendous OL and first year HC, in the SEC, with a murderer's row of defenses. Over a 13 game season that's 23 TDs as a true freshman.

Nuss as a 5th year senior with over 700 prior career passes, is on pace for 21 TDs in 13 games.

I know some of yall just love defending Nuss til the end, but MVB of LAST year can do a better job of what Nuss is doing this year with this group of players.

Maybe. I’m not defending Nuss, I don’t think he has played well at all this year. I just don’t think it’s a guarantee that MVB will substantially better.
