Football is going down in general.
The product is becoming stale.
NFL and college.
You can’t hit anyone anymore. There is no defense. The portal. NIL.
Face it, friends.

Not sure on how all the NIL works but can only imagine some players making big bank while others on the same team earn nothing.
Kinda just like what happens in life. College and sports are supposed to teach kids life lessons.
NIL is no different. Kids that produce for the college in a round about way produces revenue. High producers should get a bigger piece of the pie.
Plus if a business owner wants to nab a kid and let him appear in commercials, so be it. Pay the kid and move on.
Personally, it doesn't feel like the system is letting kids benefit from using their name, image, or likeness. Instead, it feels like a pay for play.
Selling jerseys, autographs, and appearences is one thing, but just cutting a check to attend the school doesn't feel like the right way to do this.

The #1 thing I don't care for is being able to transfer within the conference. I think players should be able to transfer but transferring to your rival and playing against them the following year shouldn't be allowed.
Agree completely. It is BS.
