Cowher is nowhere near a PAC homer. In fact, he sucks more SEC junk than anyone in the media. Can't say I blame him, I'm just making a point.
This is correct. The main thing with Cowherd that turns me off is he's an obnoxiously arrogant jackass.

Collin has bought into the SEC for a while now. He does get it.

LSU did not "crush" UNC fwiw but I get what he's saying.
Agreed, LSU had them on the ropes, probably should have won by 30 but was extremely lucky to end up winning..
one of the many crazy games under Miles..that usually end up in LSU's favor

Colin has been a big LSU supporter for a while now.
Interesting.
Colin is a bit of a Pac 12 homer. He was born and raised in Washington State and spent several years here in Portland before getting the call up to ESPN.
He's fun and entertaining to listen to but he's got a little bias just like the rest of us.

Colin went on to say that if Oregon wins, they have a good shot at the National Championship because they don't play anybody. If they lose to LSU, they are out. He said, if LSU loses, they can still rattle off 12 wins and be in New Orleans.
Agree with him here. In fact, it's possible you could see a rematch of the same two teams.

No offense, but you're probably one of the most annoying Oregon fans out there.

Actually he did. He also said they had a softer schedule than LSU as well. But he definitely also said "They don't really play anyone after LSU". The only thing that worries me about the game is Lee. Don't get me wrong, I think he will have great stats. He has the capability to lead the team down the field at will....but there is always that ONE INT at a critical point in a drive that he's be known to throw. If he can avoid that, LSU will be fine.
He had one against Tennessee last year that should have never been called. You don't throw a fade pass to a halfback. He underthrew it, but still.

Cowherd has great takes...his "career guy" vs "job guy" is funny and right on the mark. He is a big LSU and SEC proponent (that means he likes them...thinks SEC and LSU are good).
Yesterday he was on too, when he talked about how A&M had there best, most hyped team in 20 yrs and LSU "steamrolled" them in the bowl game. Cowherd is good!

5 nattys in a row makes it hard for any sane person to not believe that.
I still think he has a soft spot for the Northwest schools though.
Regardless, the Ducks are the ones with something to prove tomorrow. They haven't won the really big OOC games under Kelly.

Auburn was like the 55th rank defense last year and 4th worst in SEC

We did CRUSH VT and they went to a BCS bowl that year. We did CRUSH tOSU that same year in the MNC. Go figure.

Also Colin is from the state of Washington. So no he doesn't have a soft spot for the northwest teams. He has a soft spot for the PAC 12 he has said that several times.

No he is one the truest guys and speaks his mind more than any of them other bandwagon hoppers on the sports network. He is the best on ESPN

dont get me wrong i love listening to the guy but the other day he picked oregon b/c of the recent off field issues w/ lsu and now hes pickin us again? is that correct? but yeah hes usually the most unbias person for espn and very entertaining
