LSU has won 6 national championships without Dangling Earrings and Zero with them.

Is this ONLY for college baseball?

Or does this apply to mlb, college football, college basketball, nba, etc?

Sounds like some of you guys just watched Hoosiers. Maybe y’all should go watch Glory Road instead and then you will understand that we are in a new era and, like it or not, all the teams have guys like that. What’s your explanation for guys with earrings that don’t make errors or guys without earrings that do?

Who would you want to be the face of your organization, Devin White or OBJ?

Perception isn’t reality.

If the best surgeon in the world had a dangling earring I wouldn’t give a frick. I would Want him doing my surgery.

People have been screwed and oversold by swueaky clean insurance salesmen and if my daughters boyfriend could field a fricking routine ground ball at shortstop And hit .300 with some power I’d send him to Coach Johnson

Then maybe by the time he graduates, due to lack of discipline, he will be batting less then .250 with multiple errors like what’s trending.

I believe that no matter what the sport is, and no matter what the level of competition is, discipline is an aspect that is overshadowed by athleticism. Take for instance, before LHSAA separated private and public schools, who were historically more successful in football? John Curtis? Evangel? Notre Dame? PVB? And even some of your public schools that have winning traditions like Lutcher have disciple.
I’m not saying extravagant players can’t be good ball players, or even good teammates. But as a coach, if you give players an inch, they’re gonna take a mile, and it trickles down quickly.

Ok so you still avoided my question. You’re basically saying any team with someone with “earrings and tattoos” will not be as good as a team with clean shaven, non tattoo having, and earring-less players. And that is beyond laughable when you look at successful teams in pretty much all major college and pro sports. Nice job having an absolutely idiotic take.
