Coach Pete Jenkins is on AFR breaking down the defensive lines for both teams. Talked about how bama's quality dept is not what it use it be. He said that he thinks LSU can run the ball on them.

It's not the typical bama defense. LSU is going to score points.

They have a good NT, but not as they had in the past with those lane cloggers. This guy is not even 300 pounds, he's a pass rushing Nose.

That's good for us because of the matchup with Cushenberry. One of the best pass blocking Centers in the country.

I think Bama having an explosive offense has hurt their defense as well. They score so quickly this year, their defense doesn't get as much rest as they used to.

They have similar TOP numbers, but they are averaging way more points and way more possessions.

The way Pete is talking about coach O and Dave Aranda is amazing. He has so much respect for them.

I like how he said Aranda might get beat by athleticism but you can't out scheme him. That says a lot coming from Pete.

If LSU can protect Burrow ...I LOVE LSU'S chances.... They got players that Bama has not faced so far this year.........

Moscona pisses me off. But this is outstanding.

Matt smart to shut his face and let Pete go wherever he wants.

It's really interesting how both he and Russ Mitchell think the differential between the teams is less than it's been the past few years.

I thought it was going to be next year but I'm convinced that it's going to be Saturday. LSU rolls.

I don't doubt our ability to score points. I doubt Orgeron's willingness to take risks that have the potential to backfire.

He's already said that he's coaching to win not coaching not to lose. They're pulling out all of the stops.

How many fourth downs did he go for against Georgia?

Four times.

I'm not necessarily talking about going for it on 4th and 1s when we had total control of the game. Yes there's risk with a 4th and 1 call but the risk is overstated. I happen to think that all teams punt far too much on 4th and short.

I'm talking about aggressively targeting the endzone once we cross the 30, not simply thinking we have points in the bank because we have Tracy, as he said just today. That mindset isn't going to beat Alabama.

If you truly think O believes FGs will win this game, then I don’t know what to tell you.

Um.....

Those 4th downs were converted well before the game was put away.

In fact, they are what allowed us to get control from Georgia.
