Tom Herman wanted the money coach O wanted the JOB!! Not many coaches wanna take up the challenge of being in the SEC west against saban point blank.

It's a nice reflection when hiring a new employee to a regualr company. There is a strong difference in quality between the people who randomly apply just looking for a possible job and then the employer seeking the exact employee they want (headhunting).

In this situation, O is the unqualified applicant struggling to get a call back from other employers & Herman was the ideal candidate that slipped away.

Sometimes the unqualified applicant works out, but his chances are slim compared to the right man for the job.

That's bull shite, total bull shite. Most of these coaches are professionals and competitors who will gladly take on any challenge if the money is right and LSU had the money.

So it's the coordinators fault for the poor play right? I'm trying to find out who to call a horrible coach.
