Difference between Johnny and Trent is this is Johnny's dream job. Seemed almost to me like Trent was using us as a stepping stone until it became obvious he wouldn't get any better.

Trent was a good person but he was behind the times. Gotta get your hands a little dirty. JJ is doing more recruiting in a couple months than Trent did in his whole time here.
