Real fast , I wasn’t so sure about Ed O , still not QUITE yet , but I’m getting there . It’s usually about the 3-4 year mark when you can judge a coach on performance. If the start of this year is any indication , baw we are going all in . I’ve never seen LSU recruit at this level in terms of as many elite OOS recruits . On the field I like where the program is headed . I’m just in awe . This is the year though . Loaded roster , experience at QB , HR Hitters at RB , loaded WR group , Very deep defense , Return of Chassion ... This is the year Coach put us back on the map

Yeah pretty much what you said. I didn’t like the hire or the way it happened, but he has exceeded my already high expectations in recruiting, and the pieces are coming together. Hated the E hire, love the Brady hire.

Now he just has to show he can do it on the field and with player development.

We can’t lose games to the likes of UF and A&M this year. We need to ditch conservative offensive play calling.

This team is capable of 11-1 or 12-0!

I didn't like the hire. I have always made that clear but what I always said and asked was to give the man a chance. If he fails then so be it but all the jumping off buildings right in the beginning was ridiculous.

It's obvious the man has a plan. We shall see if it all comes together or not.

Gotta to give him some credit. After the am loss, the rest of the season and offeseason could have gone very differently.

I remember the absolute meltdown on here when he was hired.

That was some funny reading. Where do all of those people go when there isn't drama?

I always liked the Orgeron hire. He was as qualified in my opinion as any other coach available. But supporting that was the fact that if he didn't get it done on the field (I think he has) he would leave the cubbard STOCKED.

Now he is living up to the "worst case scenario" and this year's offense looked much improved in the Spring game. I am making sure my schedule is clear for the fall right now.

This year looks great, agreed.

But next year's [tentative] incoming class may be among the best ever, and we actually have a QB to take over when Burreaux moves on, as Brennan looked incredible and bigger, stronger than we've ever seen him at the spring game.

Still feels like a dream. Since that infamous January day, this shite just seems like it isn't supposed to happen to us.
