quote:Clubber beat the old Rocky. Drago's Rocky also beat Clubber.
Clubber beat Rocky, but Drago didn't.
quote:See comments above.
Apollo beat Rocky, but Drago killed Apollo.
I think the power is a wash between CL and Drago. So, I'd have to go with the reach advantage, training, and discipline of Drago.

I've given this a lot of thought over the years. I just don't see Clubber being able to handle Drago's power. A normal heavyweight averages 700 pounds of pressure per square inch. Drago on the other hand averaged an incredible 1850 psi. He was able to routinely go over 2000 psi.
In addition to his prodigious power, Drago showed that he had an iron chin in the Balboa fight. I think Clubber gasses out in the middle rounds and gets KOd.

But, Rocky showed everyone how Drago could be beaten. Get inside, chop him down from the gut, then work your way up. Is Clubber disciplined enough to follow this strategy? My mind says no, he's too much of a street fighter to actually have a strategy. But did the knockout loss to Balboa humble him enough to change?
