Clemenson has scored more points in 15 minutes of possession than LSU has in their last 5 full games against Alabama.

Tell me we don't have a coaching problem at LSU, because the talent is comparable.

I honestly don't know how Orgeron can watch this game and think what LSU is doing is working. Or will work.

Clemson is on another level.

Maybe the talent isn't comparable this year, but it's certainly been comparable over the past 5 years.

It's coaching. A game like tonight puts that 'debate' to rest.

Good news? LSU can afford any college coach they want. The bad news? Orgeron seems unwilling to get himself a new set of coaches who can implement this sort of spread attack.

I love how aggressive Clemson is throwing up 21

ETA: With a freshman QB!

They're actually one year away with the right hires.

That'll never happen though. Why be innovative when you can hire your baw.

You mean they're not sitting on a lead? That's wacky.

Clemson is playing like they're 2 TD's down, and that's what I'm loving about this game.

I can't agree with this. Our talent IS comparable in many areas, it has not been on the lines, however, and not at QB. I think we're making progress on both fronts, but we're not there yet.

From 247, all verifiable:

LSU:
Charles 4* 18th (G)
Brumfield 4* 6th (G)
Cushenberry 3* 82nd (G)
Lewis 3* 2nd (JUCO)
Deculus 4* 10th (T)

Clemson:
Hyatt 5* 2nd (T)
Simpson 4* 7th (G)
Falcinelli 3* 46th (G)
Pollard 4* 27th (T)
Anchrum 3* 24th (G)

O also has to be "willing" to go after it and be aggressive like Clemson also.

No, I really think the scheme is a bigger issue than O's "bravery."

Not that we would ever see LSU’s offense ever score points like this against Nama but if by some chance they did have a 3 td lead, they sure as well wouldn’t still be pouring it on. They would be coaching scared shitless of making a mistake and letting them back into the game.
