Dude went on a rant in the second quarter after the Cutrera personal foul helmet to helmet hit. Him and Doug were both fired up, it was great. This was the first game I had to listen to this year and I half to say I kind of enjoyed it.

I watched on Tigervision. I really liked the announcers for that broadcast. It was nice not to hear Hawthorne messing stuff up and constantly whining.

My wife asked me if Tigervision uses student broadcasters. I told her to quit insulting our students.

If the blind mice are gonna call that helmet-to-helmet, how about the hit Auburn made on Jefferson last week???

I hadn't listened to a game in a while but I listened to the Tulane game. I like Hawthorn and Moreau.

People give Jim grief, but I always enjoy listening to him. He has the heart of a fan, and sometimes it gets in the way of his objectivity, and positivity.

Not at all. He whines alot about the refs, and other team, etc. LOVES the Tigers.

Yes, he can be a negatiger whenever LSU is trailing in the game, especially in basketball.

If LSU is downed by 5 pts with 10 plus minutes to go in the 2nd half, the sky is falling according to him . I don't think he knows that the game is supposed to be 40 minutes long (just listen to him 1 time, you will know what I meant).

Just listened to him yesterday in the 1 quarter, LSU was on offense and a yellow flag came out, J. Hawthorne immediately said illegal procedure against LSU, before the ref announced any thing, then it turned out to be that Tulane was offside

I used to like him when he was young, but he is really terrible now. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

That would be "Thanks, Captain Grammar." And don't go knocking HS English teachers; you're "talking" to one!

Doug's primary job is to correct his dumb mistakes. The JH wants to argue with Doug, Doug is obviously right. JH is getting senile.
