Chevis Jackson hired by Miami to be new cornerbacks coach

I know a lot of posters wanted CBK to hire him for cornerbacks coach but some questioned his experience coaching at G5 and lower schools only. This changes the game for him. He’s coming home when CCR is eventually done.

He’s jumped the ladder quickly. Raymond will probably be here for a bit and Baker won’t. If Chevis continues his trajectory he may be a DC for us

I’ve been waiting for this. More of our former players that are now coaching who played during the golden years and know what lsu football is supposed to look like. Hopefully there are more to come

Kelvin Sheppard will likely have a shot at DC soon. I think Aaron Glenn will be a head coach next NFL cycle.

I hope it only takes two seasons. I was in the camp of bringing Chevis home. Hope its sooner rather than later.
