I got this from my grandfather in the mid 90's. Awesome 1958 commemorative shirt with a picture of the Chinese bandits on the back and team stats on the sleeves.

Cool shirt, but how did they know to put those subsequent SEC titles (up to 1988) on the sleeve?

The shirt is commemorative from 1991. You can see the the stamp showing 1991 on the front of the shirt at the bottom right of the tiger logo.
