Change to the Ridiculous Coach Contracts: Fines for Ls

We need to get away from ridiculous megacontracts with minimal repercussions for head coaches & go performance based.
At P4:
$1M for W in conference
$500k for W non-conference
$500k fine for L in conference
$250k for L non-conference
I bet you we'd never ever hear "I/we have to coach better" again.

We'd need ALL the AD'S in the the P4 to come together on a move like this.
That said = performance based coaching is as fair as it gets/should be.

This would be a massive hurdle. So many ADs are pushovers (to say the least).
