Wow does this guy make plays or what. Preventing that first touchdown, just like he did against Bama knocking the ball out at just the right time to prevent the score. One thing I do agree from what folks said at the start of the season, CJ should be out there every play on defense.

Last night showed me that McCray should have been converted to a LB.

There, fixed it.

Miles watched CJ stay off the field for too many plays this season, which he stated would be a mistake if that would happen. So he fessed up to his mistake, before the season even started.

False. He's a good player and deserves a shot on nickel and dime packages. There's not much experience behind him that could get on the field this year.

At the beginning of the year Miles bragged about CJ saying he could run with the cornerbacks yet had the weight and ability to play with the linebackers as well. I wondered all year why he wasn't in the game on every play.

McCray is taking a bad rap for bad coaching. It is the coaches job to put the players in the right positions to make plays. For example McCray should have never been asked to man cover Percy Harvin like he was in the Florida game.

Exactly, McCray is a Safety, always has been. I dont see how putting him at CB was giving him a chance to suceed.

I dont think he was better than our starting safeties, but you cant ask a safety to cover one of the fastest guys in football. Thats hard for a true CB to do.

But clearly CJ needs to be on the field.

I think Chad Jones can enter next year with the same kind of momentum that Harry Coleman used from the bcs game.Heckuva night for #3.

He was burnt like toast on that play. Good thing the GT QB sucks so bad that he underthrew the pass enough to let Chad Jones make a play on the ball....That would have been a big momentum changer....just sayin
