Cellular upgrade?

Wasn’t there an upgrade in cell coverage over the off season? Is this only within the stadium or around campus as well? Is it only for a certain carrier?
My coverage always sucks both at the tailgate and in the stadium (c spire) and I’m hoping it is going to be better

It’s not unusual for the duration of a heavily attended event for the telecommunications company to bring in a couple of COWs, Cells On Wheels, to help with increased call and data volumes. COWS are fully enclosed trailers containing cell tower equipment on wheels.
