Worse douchebags than Tony V.

Probably splitting hairs, but I'd say roughly equal levels of douchebaggery, but without the street cred of being a sustained legitimately good SEC program.

So, yeah, worse.

I felt like their 2 guys were pretty good and carried them. That lefty yesterday was pretty good. The rest were just a scrappy bunch nothing special.

Both Coastal starters were right handed. Flukey looked real good yesterday, honestly. LSU had a few opportunities to put the game away but just couldn't come up with another hit with runners in scoring position after Milam's in the first. Luckily we had Anderson on the mound and he shut them down completely.

They were top 3 in the country right behind Arkansas.

That's silly. This was a good baseball team with excellent pitching they would've went far like they are now. They bounced good teams all in postseason play. You don't get magically lucky with the winning streak they have unless you're a very good baseball team. They would've bounced any SEC team in postseason play including Arkansas. They certainly had the pitching to beat anyone and their hitting was good in postseason play just like LSU was with RISP. Until they played LSU which pretty much shut them down. Not really surprising though LSU had the best duo of starters in the country and their bullpen showed they could be dominant at any point.

They’re a good team, but if they don’t play in the Sun Belt their path would be so much harder. I think they are a borderline 2/3 seed in the SEC.
