So CBS is basically saying that the LSU Tigers have a "rendezvous with destiny," except that destiny is probably gonna kick 'em in the arse.

CBS is not being negative. They are reporting on reality. They are making clear the thing many along these threads have been mercilessly bashed for saying for quite a long time now. Today we are 4-0, thanks almost entirely to our great defense and ST work. But 4-0 today, what tomorrow? Who knows?

I cringe at the reality they so glibly point out:
quote:

the offense is just beyond atrocious... This much we know: If the offense doesn't get better, LSU going to really stumble down the stretch as there are games left with No. 7 Florida, No. 1 Alabama, No. 10 Auburn, and No. 15 Arkansas.
It is still within CLM's power and the team's to make some last-minute changes. What we have has not been working and there is no reason to think it will magically change - unless some changes are made. This needs to happen. The iceberg is right there, LSU is the Titanic. We can still change course and potentially win out. Or we can stick to the current course, pretend it will be all better, and sink to the bottom of the SEC. Choices now; no choices later.

Which is also meaningless unless you have aspirations of playing for the national championship.

I have been accused of being a nega, and I think I am just realistic but if you can't lose some of your negativity at this point something is obviously wrong with you. The defense, special teams, running game, offensive line are all improved yet some people are still 100% negative? They are just miserable human beings.

I say that it would take a damn fool to not see what "rantards" and media are seeing. I guarantee that opposing coaches are loving how our coaching staff is running this offense, because we could be hard to stop if they used some common sense.

The booing is like Miles standing on a train track with a train coming. The fans are hollaring for him to get off the track and all he does is look at you with a puzzeled look on his face

I hope PP7 and the defense score 2-3 TDs and the game is out of hand by the 3rd so we can see some much needed "wants"

This is so true. If we had someone who could just get them the damn ball we would be much better. instead we have a QB with a 10 cent head who runs the option(horribly I might add) every other play instead of getting it to his play makers.

They are saying pretty much what I see a lot of you rantards saying on here. It's about 100% true.

What say you?

It's not true. It's truth after it happens. We haven't lost to those four ..... yet.

How do you get better than 4-0?

What in the fu ck does that mean?

runs the option(horribly I might add) every other play

Every other play? EVERY OTHER PLAY?
Thank you for being a typical rantrdo genius.

This.

We all agree the qb situation is an issue. But to still be as negative as some posters here is just crazy.
