CBS has exercised 6-day option. LSU vs. Florida will either be on CBS at 2:30 p.m. CT or ESPN/ESPN2 at 6:30 p.m. CT. We will know Oct. 3.

the swamp, like death valley, is a lot tamer during the day

You don't want to play in the swamp at night

Why, Doc?

2:30 would be better than a NIGHT TIME game at the swamp I would guess. I would guess UF fans would want this at night for the same reasons we want all of our home games at night.

I think people forgot it was an away game.

I think they are allowed to do just a few times a year.

Obviously, they are waiting to see the result of Bama/UF. So, I'm banking on this being a night game on ESPN now.

2:30 would mean we are both unbeaten.

This. I've been to the Swamp at night and during the day and it's no contest. At night it's terrible. That is the only place other than TS that I walked out at the end with a headache and not because we lost.

The only other game to consider would br SC at Bama

I was asking how often they can use that 6-day option. How many times a year.

I would say it is still 2:30. #1 Alabama v. # 20 USCe is, IMO, not as enticing as #9 LSU v. #12 UF.
