Daniels is in a great position to really shine this year.
he better. I like the other QB as a passing QB.
the threat to transfer gets Daniels space I hate to see.
I would play them both every game.

JD can be a great QB but accuracy is still an issue for him at times. He has the high completion percentage because he was so conservative last year throwing down field. When he did let the ball go he was pretty accurate but what I saw was some poor throws on short passes that cost the backs and receivers YAC. They were completions but the RB or WR had to stop or make an off balance catch which allowed the defense to react and shut down the play. That’s an area where he really needs to improve imo.

Why do people want to take a positive, a almost 70% completion mark, and try to turn it into a negative?
The guy took over a football team coming off two consecutive non-winning seasons, a team picked to finish fifth in the west, and he lead them to a victory over our number one conference rival, the west championship, and a 10 win season but yet we’re going to nitpick the hell out of him because he didn’t throw enough deep balls.
Each to our own, but after the disasters of the two previous years, I’m just gonna say, thank you very much for helping LSU become a player in college football once again.
