Why can’t we do both at the same time? I’ve got enough piss for both.

We knew Joe was in over his head the way he handled the Miles termination. It's time to do something more.

We need to fire both, but the AD needs to be first and we need to have a good search and replacement for AD in place before firing O. The only thing that is close to as bad as not doing a true coaching search is having an incompetent ad(alleva) Or no AD in place to perform a the next search. I understand we suck but we absolutely have to get this next hire right because of how royally Alleva fricked us with this coach O contract.

Thank you. It ALL starts with the person that hired our Dline coach instead of any of the available and successful head coaches.
He is a complete and total fricking shitshow

Because CEO has a $12M buyout, and I think Les Miles is still owed over $10M.

Financially, the likely scenario is to fire Alleva this year and get O next year when his buyout is down to $6M.

A lot of people didn't want CEO to begin with...

If Alleva's not gone before basketball season, and Will Wade pans out, we might be in trouble.

I don't see a situation where you can fire one without firing the other.

This is the mentality that got us in this mess to start with. You guys will scream to fire a coach after every loss. You dumbasses need to realize coaches aren’t lining up at the door to come here. And why should they, a short amount time studying this asinine fan base should turn them away quick. I won’t be liked much for this comment, but the Miles firing was a mistake and more will realize it pretty soon.

you have to get Alleva out so that you can make a hire if/when you are ready to make a move.
