So the Purdue cast off is who we settle for from here out? The lights were too bright for him as well and he flamed out.

that's true, but harris' long ball and running ability would've helped against bama.

turns out etling wasn't worth a shite at anything.

If you mean next year, then definitely.

If you mean now, there's no point. We're just playing out the string, trying to finish as strong as we can.

If you put Hurts on our team and gave Bama Etling they beat us 24-0

Dude, is the drug you're on legal?

Our defense played them exactly as they played us. The guy you're talking about just so happened to play 10 times better than ours and helped them when it mattered most.

Out D made their Oline look like sht too, the entire night.

Our d played great but to say we affected their oline as much is the stupidest thing I've heard yet. They ran for 216 yards we ran for about 33. The reason we stayed in the game is because their qb can't throw we blitzed every down and played zero coverage. Bama played 2 deep 80% of the time and still stopped the run we couldn't throw because they sat back in 2 shell man under. Hurts had time to throw on plenty of downs if Etling would've been their qb they have at least 10 more points.

I'd rather see Lindsey Scott.

What I'm seeing in this thread is LSU should have went with the wildcat qb all night...option read

Look how well that worked for Clemson...

Scott should get a chance. Kid has wheels and puts a zip on the ball with the quickest release I have seen anywhere for some time..

It's like some of you overreact on a game by game basis. Up until the Alabama game, the offensive line had been playing extremely well. The guys along the line weren't put in any position to succeed against Bama when they were reading our mail on every play. It's tough to have any success offensively against a good defense when the defense knows what you are about to run before you even run it.

This is laughable. Wisconsin, Auburn and Bama D's made LSU Oline look like shite and the 2nd half of the MSU game?

I would not have liked to see a QB change at all. Because I knew Etling wasn't going to do anything. Harris coming in would have made me nervous.

What we really needed to do was put in the 2 string offensive line....

Bullshite. Go back and actually watch the game. Their yards came after one nice run up the middle by Bo and 2 nice runs to the outside with a better QB than we had. They did not have any success minus one of those Hurts runs early in the game.

Our QB is bad and can't make plans outside in or outside the pocket. We were in their backfield all night long.

Thank you. You watched the same game that I did

Good god this is all about race....it really is. BH has one thing better than de, and that is a stronger arm. Period. Everything else is decisively in favor of de.

You are one racist pos. BH had to man snaps already this year. Had etling played from the beginning, we are still looking at a 10-2 team, and possibly even better with that extra game experience on the road prior to Wisconsin.
