s not far-fetched to see how a player could get lawyers involved in this type of issue.

the results are kept in house

So, basically, you are asserting this:
-TM failed multiple drug tests "off the books"...(more than 3)
-LSU kicked him off the team for good, and expected him to transfer and the situation be over
-TM and family fought this
-LSU found itself in an akward situation because according to their official "on the record" failed tests, he should not be "permanently ineligible" per the LSU drug policy ... and LSU is now worried about those "off the record" tests creating major issues and thus LSU is having to tread lightly
-At this point, LSU would prefer that TM move on
Is this an accurate desciption of what you are asserting?

its in house yes, but the school would not allow more than 3 fails
Exactly. It's their policy. The NCAA just wants you to follow policy. Whatever it is.
At ole miss apparently you can fail unlimited tests.

LOL...once again, why didn't Miles come out and squash all the rumors yesterday VC?

it's not far-fetched to see how a player could get lawyers involved in this type of issue. We all know that LSU has a policy that plainly states that on your 3rd failed drug test you are suspended for 1 year. On a 4th, you are removed permantly. Perhaps TM7 got into more trouble than we speculate (LSU/Miles have never explained what rules TM7 broke), and the LSU administration (or Les Miles) decided to remove TM7 permantly. We know that he has never been suspeded for 1 full season, so perhaps a lawyer could argue that LSU isn't following it's own procedures.
i understand what you're getting at... but this douchebag is trying to pass this off as FACT when it is merely his OPINION.. he's acting like he has inside info and he really shouldn't be posting that BS

he did not fail more than 3 tests...this has nothing to do with les, the school takes this rule incredibly serious
and that is not opinion
and that is not opinion

think it through....let's just say, hypothetically of course, that he was given numerous test that he failed....but LSU didn't report all...but LSU finally decides they have had enough and want him dismissed from team........think along legal terms if they have the ability to permanently dismiss him....having not reported...hypothetically of course........follow me a little here? work with me.....they totally expected him to transfer and not fight it.
ok i thought about. if you are correct on this, then LSU has no choice but to let him back in a year, if he gets his life straight. with that said said LSU must be keeping their fingers crossed that they can get that 4th documented failed test.

The players aren't tested by the football coaches
They are tested by the school, there's no way they hid some test failures, especially being on probation right now. If they got caught breaking their own policy the NCAA would hammer them.
Well I have read on here by a poster that we all are trusting right now that the players are sometimes tested privately, and away from official LSU tests. It has been stated that players have been known to fail many drug tests that aren't part of the official University drug tests.

this is not too far off, the odds are definitely stacked against tm
at this point its a win win for lsu...he doesnt meet expectations and hes gone, he does meet expectations and lsu is the hero

this.....they are hoping he transfers. Hey I hope the kid gets his life straight and does great things. But probably not the best move to force someone's hand when they did everything they could for you.....

why wouldn't Miles come out and say this??
THis is the funniest thing I've read on here this year!
Really? You really want Miles to come out and explain something with total clarity?
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOOLL :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
Dude, Miles came out and said TM is off the team. When someone is off the team, they aren't a priority at all. TM isn't even a student, if and when he is, that is the only time Miles has to even entertain the thought of him returning under conditions......
VC, REd, etc they might be sleeping in the same bed with TM, it doesn't mean they know or don't know shite!
LSU won't guarantee TM a damn thing! if HE wants to roll the dice and attend LSU and hopefully be given a shot next year, he can...as I said...NO public guarantees
Use your heads guys...its not that difficult.
