Yep. But regardlees of the eventual outcome, allegations need to be addressed. The NCAA defines institution control as "efforts institutions make to comply with NCAA legislation and to detect and investigate violations that do occur".

Wade's attorneys were retained by Wqade to protect Wade. That's their function and they don't give a shite about LSU. If Will Wade cares about LSU, he needs to decide whether he can protect himself while also protecting LSU. His refusal to speak to LSU administrators on the advice of counsel tells me he has chosen to protect himself. So what would I do? Probably the same thing.
