I could actually bear last season. Yes, had its ups and downs but was a huge change from the monotony.

gone are the 280lb o-linemen

Can't wait to hear these names. Go look at the roster on les' last day compared to now and check back with me.

I'll concede Dline, which as stated, is exactly why Les hired O to begin with

Not according to Aranda. He and Eaux were on a recruiting trip after Eaux was named coach. Aranda was looking at the roster and pointed out to Eaux that at that time, LSU had more scholarship kickers than linebackers. That's when LB recruiting picked up.

--------------------------------------------------------------

You’re just full of shite really.

And you are dumb as dirt and should find another subject in which to display your ignorance.

"Ed Orgeron and Dave Aranda were on a recruiting trip late last fall when LSU’s defensive coordinator turned to the head coach.

“Do you know,” he started, “that we have more kickers on scholarship than inside linebackers?”

“Shhh!” Orgeron replied. “Don’t tell anyone that, Dave!”

Eight months and a signing class later, LSU’s inside linebacker situation is much improved. First off, the program now has more inside linebackers on scholarship (five) than kickers and punters (three)."

The depth is back: LSU's three freshman linebackers are seeing a lot of action in camp

"DC Dave Aranda no longer has to turn to walk-ons for ILB depth"

That’s a lie. This was stated after Chavis left. Then LB recruiting picked up.

At what point after Orgeron was hired did LSU have more kickers than LBs?

This answer should be interesting.

See above posts. It really is interesting.

And that is just one article. There are other with quotes from Devin White saying they were moving players from other positions to fill in during practices because he would be too worn out to continue.

I love the geniuses here who know more than the LSU coaches and players. Really amazing.
