Start him against Bama and Ole Miss to get those wins. Jayden can win the others to go undefeated in the West.

By rule you have to play in less than 25% of the games. If we don't make a bowl game 4 would be 25% not less than. There may be additional contingencies as well to include how deep into the season the player played but I'm not up on those exact rules.

The rule in football is 4 games. Doesn’t matter when you play them as long as it is 4 or less.

Howard needs to play in this game if the 1st 2 aren't getting the job done.

According to some posters here... even just handing the ball off in those type games are MEANINGFUL REPS.

I mean they aren’t really that meaningful outside of just getting used to it but also we aren’t in a position where we have 5-6 games where we are going to comfortably lead for the majority of the game and can get to our 3rd stringer. UAB is the only other one I can really see

So with that in mind, what’s the alternative? Put him out there for live real reps against SEC opponents? Not play him at all? Seems like the best option was the option we took

He’s the best prospect we’ve had since Jamarcus.

If you’ve never seen a fan base this interested in a QB prospect it says more about LSUs recent history of QB recruiting than anything lol

Jayden Daniels was rated higher than Walker coming out of high school, as was Russell Shepard and Ryan Perrilloux.
