Yes...LSU was ranked #33 in the preseason AP Poll which suprised me and we were 33rd until this week if im not mistaken. This week we are 34th. We are the only undefeated SEC team left.

It makes me sick to think what kind of team we would have or could have had this year if noone would have left for the NBA (Thomas, Bass) or went elsewhere or signed elsewhere, such as JMorgan and Monroe, we could have probably made a very very deep run into the NCAA Tourney.

I am not expecting much because i don't want to get my hopes up. Like you, i just hope that we can break into the top 25 and stay there for a while this year, which will help us better when it comes to recruiting.

Speaking of recruiting, TJ needs to start seriously recruiting some Big Time Center's out there. I would like for him to offer some 4 or 5 star Center's. I wouldn't like for him to go no lower than a 3 star. I know this is easier said than done, but we have landed some big named high school big men in the past and hopefully we can do it again.

I know that TJ is big on using past players to help him promote LSU Basketball...He needs to get Shaq on the recruiting trail or on the phone to some of these high-star recruites(Center's) and ask them to come to LSU, as long as Shaq can do it legally and within the guidelines, i don't see how it could hurt! LOL!
