Ricky is full of shite, as usual. Burrow isn’t afraid of competition - he came to LSU to compete. He dreams these fairy tales then convinces himself that they are factual. Just like his entire summer narrative that LSU’s scheme of max protect killed them. Then a poster makes a YouTube of every pass play and you find it hard to find a max protect play - most are spread. Ricky’ a fraud.

Keep showing pics of what was done elsewhere on obvious passing downs. Look at what he did at LSU and show me all the spread formations- they didn’t exist. LSU versus BYU was run, run, run. Hell, against Ole Miss no receiver caught a single pass. When the hell have you ever seen that?

1. The coaches could have LITERALLY guaranteed him. Despite all the coach/player talk BS.
2. It’s not a gift of hindsight to say none of our QBs were ready/good enough. If Joe popped in our Spring game you could tell.
Our Backup from 2017 was in a battle with a 4th year QB who threw 1 pass in 3 years.
It’s not hindsight to realize they aren’t starting QBs.
