the scheme Haskins had was light years better than that thing Sullivan trotted out last year.

Still bashing assistant coaches and Orgeron's hiring of assistants. Hater.

Why won’t you answer his question? Saying you’re in love with Joe is an acceptable answer and we will not judge you.

I think what you mean by this is that no matter what he answers we couldn't possibly think he is a bigger idiot than we already do.

For some reason, you Bashers are compelled to attack every post that is positive about Orgeron, and now Burrow.

And there it is. As Ricky would say, that train is never late.

You think Drew Lock is an elite QB?

His HC just said yesterday that he's not even a QB yet.

frickni would take Drew Lock numbers in s fricking heartbeat.

I honestly love Burrow as a QB and think the offense last year didn’t do him any favors.

But At this point I haven’t seen anything that makes me thing he’s close to Tua and Lawrence.

Except that nobody beat anybody out. Meyer couldn't decide by the date he committed to (within a week after the Spring game) so Burrow said no to a coin-flip situation, and hit the road.

Burrow blinked. With 2 years of eligibility left, he left the school of his dreams, in his home state, despite being neck and neck with the other guy?

According to Cleveland.com...

quote:

The transfer of Joe Burrow clears the way for Dwayne Haskins as Ohio State's starting quarterback in the fall, a role he was almost certainly going to seize anyway. That's why Burrow is leaving to play somewhere else.

Some coin flip.

Only Buckeye Jeaux could make LSU fans this critical of Burrow. Dude is like a witchdoctor.

Yep. Somehow thinking the kid is a good QB is now a bad thing.

I mean Burrow knew that deep down.

If you had a coin flip shot of being a 1st round draft pick, who's turning that down? Doesn't make any sense.

Of course he did. You don't transfer if it's a coin flip. There is no shame in being slightly behind Haskins.

One thing you will here every season on any kind of talk show featuring former players is that the players and the coaches know who the starter is long before it's ever announced. They know because they see what's going on in practice.

Absolutely none. Burrow finished up with his commitment to Ohio State by graduating and there's no reason for him to stay if he felt that Haskins was clearly ahead of him in practice.
